GUARANTEE TO MY PET OWNING CLIENTS

My training methods work if you are open to my training concepts, you work your dog on the training exercises daily for 5-10 minutes per day, you are committed to making your pet part of the family living indoors with you, and you follow the psychological/behavioral training rules.

Should you pay for and complete one of my basic courses (private, in-home, group training, board and train) my promise to you is that you will have a loyal and obedient family pet that you can be proud of. For the life of your dog, at any time in the future you may attend my group classes at no charge and receive personal attention from me to address the problems.  For the life of your dog you may telephone (or e-mail) me for advice about any behavioral or training problems you are having with your dog at no charge. I am committed to helping you develop the family pet you want.

If you experience problems with your dog during the training, please call me. We will discuss the problem and I will advise you on solutions. Should you miss a class, call me so we can schedule a makeup lesson for you. Should you find it necessary, for any reason to drop out of the classes (assuming you have already paid for the lessons) before you have completed them, you can, at any later time, re-enroll at no additional cost. All it takes is a telephone call to me. You may repeat the basic group class with your dog as many times as you wish at no charge. You may bring your dog back for refresher training whenever you wish at no charge. Should you ever need to give your dog away; the new owners can bring him to class at no charge. Should another family member wish to bring the dog to classes at a later time, there will be no charge.
